Instructions:

- Optionally, add ice cubes to the blender if you prefer a colder drink.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more coconut water or water to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the drink and adjust the flavor if necessary. You can add more lemon juice for acidity or honey for sweetness if desired.
- Once the drink is smooth and well blended, pour it into glasses.
- Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
